Tripp Geriner joined Hughes Commercial Real Estate in 2025. Tripp specializes in industrial tenant and landlord representation, investment and owner-user sales, and land acquisition and disposition. His primary markets include Atlanta, Savannah, and greater Georgia, with a hyperfocus on Atlanta’s I-85 North and Jackson County submarkets. His background in research and capital markets provides him with both data and relationship-driven perspectives that strengthen underwriting, pricing strategy, and execution for his clients.
Prior to joining Hughes Commercial, Tripp spent nearly four years at CBRE. Initially a Field Research Analyst covering the Atlanta and Savannah industrial markets, Tripp worked on the capital markets Private Capital Group for nearly three years. In his nearly three years as a sales associate at CBRE, Tripp was involved representing investors and owner-users with both the acquisition and disposition of industrial, flex, industrial outdoor storage, land, and office transactions across Georgia and Alabama, with sales transactions totaling over 735,000 sq. ft. and volume in excess of $66 million.
Originally from Savannah, Tripp graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Financial Planning. In his personal life, Tripp is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys spending time on the water, in the woods, and in the company of family and friends. Tripp also enjoys golf, cooking, music, and is a Georgia Bulldawg fanatic.
