Matt joined Hughes Commercial Real Estate in 2014. He is consistently recognized as one of the top producers in the Atlanta industrial market and specializes in representing industrial landlords and tenants in the leasing and marketing of warehouse, flex and distribution properties throughout metro Atlanta. With over 15 years of experience, Matt has represented an extensive list of institutional owners through his career, including Meritex, Agellan, Prologis, LINK Logistics, EQT Exeter, Cabot Properties, KTR Capital, Oakmont Industrial Group, and AEW. Additionally, Matt has represented a diverse and expansive list of companies with their real estate needs throughout the metro Atlanta area through his diligent proactive approach and deep market knowledge to deliver industry-leading results for his clients.
He joined Hughes following three years as an industrial broker with Resource Real Estate Partners, which was acquired by CBRE in January 2013. Prior to joining Resource, Matt worked for CBRE’s Atlanta Industrial Investment Properties Group, where he was involved in the underwriting and disposition of approximately $1.5 billion of industrial and office properties across the United States.
