James joined Hughes Commercial Real Estate in 2021. Before joining Hughes Commercial, he worked as an intern for a commercial brokerage in Columbia, South Carolina where he provided market research and analysis for the firm’s industrial brokerage team. James specializes in representing tenants, owners, and developers throughout the Northern Arc of Atlanta to buy, lease and develop industrial properties. James’ notable tenant clients include Fastenal, Nissei ASB Company, HIPER Global, International Media Products, I-Blason, Georgia Computer, Inc.,Bekaert Corporation, and Agape Collaborations, Inc. James’ notable landlord clients include Prologis, Link Logistics, Marq Logistics, and Rooker Co.
Since joining Hughes Commercial Real Estate, James has successfully closed nearly $120 million in transaction volume within his geographic areas of focus. James prides himself on being an expert on the markets in which he focuses, where he leverages his deep market knowledge to provide best-in-class service and meet his clients’ goals on every transaction he is involved in.
James graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina. He majored in finance and real estate, while also minoring in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, playing golf, and coaching youth baseball at Buckhead Baseball.
