Jake joined Hughes Commercial Real Estate in 2020, bringing a diverse background in commercial construction, development, and investment. Before transitioning into brokerage, he led the expansion of a Florida-based commercial contractor into Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, building new regional offices that grew to generate more than $90 million in annual revenue.
Earlier in his career, Jake managed acquisition and disposition strategies for a private development and construction management firm, overseeing retail, residential, and multifamily projects across the Southeast. This experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle—from site selection and development through construction and disposition.
At Hughes Commercial Real Estate, Jake specializes in industrial real estate, advising owners, investors, developers, and occupiers on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment opportunities. Leveraging his real estate, construction and development background, he provides clients with practical market insight and strategic guidance throughout every stage of the leasing or transaction process.
