Experience
Cooper serves as the Development and Construction Manager at Hughes Commercial Real Estate, where he oversees all phases of the development lifecycle, including site selection, acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, and construction.
Prior to joining Hughes, he was a Senior Project Manager at Colliers International, where he led domestic & international construction and design initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across a range of asset classes. He began his career at Universal Steel, Inc., where he built and managed a commercial construction portfolio valued at $35 million.
Cooper is a graduate of Auburn University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and soccer, and following his favorite sports teams.
