Cooper Flood joined Hughes Commercial Real Estate in 2023 as a Development Manager. Prior to joining the team, Cooper served as Senior Project Manager for Colliers, managing domestic & international construction and design of ground-up & tenant improvement projects in the industrial, manufacturing, and office space on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. He began his career working for Universal Steel, Inc., where he built and managed a commercial construction portfolio of $35M.
In his free time, Cooper enjoys playing soccer, skiing, training with his dog, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves & Auburn Football.
