The Fulton Theater is a four building +/- 22,000 SF adaptive mixed-use redevelopment. The original structure was used as a performing arts theater up until the 1940’s. Currently, the Fulton Theater is a mix of office and retail tenants in the emerging downtown historic Hapeville market.
